Above average breakfast, incredibly beautiful views, fantastic location short walk to center, San Miguel de Allende and great restaurants. Late check out.

The room was delightful and immaculate, the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were best and attentive as well, would stay here again.

The venue is big and perfectly clean with an excellent value and professional staff.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in San Miguel de Allende. The hotel was clean, I truly enjoyed it.

Quaint place, immaculately clean, beautiful rooms and superbly friendly staff. Great service and a great pool onsite. The location was pleasant, for example, The view point was at walking distance from the hotel.

The rooms with nice beds, all the amenities, the terrace.

Location is picturesque, property is tidy and breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Sumptuous breakfast, high quality service. Very convienient location, not too far from a pastel pink church. Booked it for 5 days and had a fine experience.

Facilities were fabulous, even so Wi-Fi was bad.

Stayed here before, appreciated staff and location. The hotel was located so close to center and restaurants. Also, it was near a fancy Saturday market.

I loved the own beach and the cordial staff. Luxurious regular double room. The location was prime, at walking distance from a majestic church. The hotel had a superb bar and an excellent restaurant.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a very enjoyable stay. The beach was wonderful and adjacent to our hotel.

The hotel was petite, but I stayed for 4 nights only. Enjoyable location, probably the best, impeccable staff and brilliant rooms. Easy check in and very efficient service. Refreshing beers, cocktails, gins and liquors in the pool bar, good parking place. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was unbelievable.

The room was incredibly comfortable and location was spectacular. Staff was always available and the service was excellent. The breakfast was marvellous, included fruit, yogurt, bacon, cereals and vegetable to get the day started. Having different local drinks in the coffee bar was a very nice touch.

Food was outstanding, room was lovely romantic, liked the luxurious bathroom. Having breakfast with fruit, cheese, vegetable, pancakes and yogurt was a nice bonus.

Hotel's lobby was attractive, I liked it. I had good enough breakfast with a wide variety. They made my stay enjoyable. Really pleasant location to zocalo.

Plentiful breakfast selections, place was clean. This hotel was centrally located - 15 mins walk from the city center. Awesome view, a comfortable balcony, cozy bed, too. The staff was cheerful and tried to make my stay fantastic.

Good stay in the downtown area. The staff was competent, the room was great sized and the beds were comfy. Breakfast offered lots of options and was really delicious! I got free upgrade and liked it. Efficient service everywhere too.

It deserves its 5 stars. We stayed in a standard king room with central heating, a private safe and a writing desk.

Mercado Sano is a short walk to the hotel. Lovely place for city trip in San Miguel de Allende.
